Located in Yalıkavak, Bodrum, the project called for 80 twin villas set into a hillside consisting of both slope and seafront with beach access. The most important features of the project are that the villas are set into the sloping terrain so that they do not obstruct each other’s view and each green roof is placed so that it provides the villa above it with a garden.
Vehicle access to all villas is made through tunnels from the rear sections underground, thus solving the problem of vehicle roads and parking while not disturbing the landscape facade The buildings in the area near the sea include a pool and beach facilities along with a boutique hotel. Here, too, all of the buildings are connected underground to minimize the impact on the topography.
