Bodrum Bodrum

Situated in Yalıkavak, Bodrum, this project features 80 twin villas gracefully integrated into a hillside that combines both sloping terrain and seafront access. A key aspect of the design is the careful placement of the villas, ensuring that each unit preserves its neighbors’ views. Additionally, the green roofs of the villas are thoughtfully designed to provide private garden spaces for the villas situated above them.

Access to the villas is facilitated through underground tunnels at the rear, effectively addressing vehicle circulation and parking needs while maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape. In the area near the sea, the project includes pool and beach facilities alongside a boutique hotel. Here as well, all structures are connected underground, further reducing their impact on the topography and enhancing the overall harmony of the development with its environment.
