Essapark

Essapark is a residential development project featuring two apartment blocks, each with 150 units, along with various social, sports, and commercial facilities. The apartment blocks offer a diverse range of unit types and sizes to cater to different needs.

Located in Güneşli, Istanbul, the project is in close proximity to the old Atatürk Airport, within a rapidly evolving residential area. Following the opening of the new Istanbul Airport to the north, the area’s zoning codes and planning regulations have undergone significant changes. Previously an industrial zone, Güneşli is gradually transforming into a residential neighborhood. This shift is further supported by the addition of a new subway line.

Our site, once home to a textile factory, is now positioned adjacent to the new subway station. The design concept aims to establish a vibrant social and commercial hub centered around the station. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with a spacious front terrace, collectively forming a lush vertical garden, adding a unique architectural character to the development.
