Ola Bella Plus

The 12-storey building is strategically positioned on a steep slope, with a dramatic 36-meter elevation difference between the entrance level and the lowest floor. This project comprises 24 apartments, each featuring its own garden atop the unit below, ensuring both privacy and unobstructed sea views for every resident.

Accessibility is a key focus; all apartments and the beach are connected by lifts that descend from the underground car park. Additionally, two inclined elevators within the building provide convenient pedestrian access to the beach. To further reduce the visual mass of the structure, extensive landscaping has been incorporated, maximizing green space around the building and enhancing its integration with the natural environment.
