Ola Verde

Ola Verde is a five-story building featuring 26 apartments that harmoniously follow the natural slope of the site, which is divided into four distinct landscape elevations. The layout positions both single-floor and duplex apartments in varied arrangements, effectively minimizing sightlines between them while maximizing the stunning sea views.

Several apartments include inner courtyards, enhancing the flow of natural light throughout the spaces. The car park is situated at the lower level and is accessible via a side road, ensuring that vehicular traffic does not disrupt the aesthetics of the front gardens. Pedestrian access is also provided from the parking area and rear section, maintaining a seamless transition throughout the complex. Additionally, the development features pier and beach facilities, enriching the living experience with easy access to the waterfront.
