West Blocks

West Blocks is a residential development project situated in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, approximately 40 kilometers west of the city center in a rapidly growing residential area. Positioned along a major road that connects to two primary highways, the site boasts picturesque views of Büyükçekmece Lake to the southwest.

The project features three apartment blocks, each containing 98 units, complemented by social, sports, and commercial facilities. Each block offers 16 different types and sizes of apartments, arranged in a dynamic horizontal and vertical layout reminiscent of a Tetris game.

The design context centers around maximizing the lake view, with the intention of providing as many apartments as possible with a scenic outlook over the lake and the surrounding countryside. Each apartment includes a spacious front terrace that faces the lake, which, when landscaped uniformly, creates a lush vertical garden, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and environmental integration.
